On the one hand the internet means we have never been better informed about products and services, with ready access to reviews about everything. This report explores the attitudes of a representative sample of 2,000 UK consumers towards online reviews and how they use them. It examines the influence of reviews, the extent to which they are trusted, and where they feature when shoppers embark on their paths towards buying.
