Baylor Scott & White Health embarked on a five-year roadmap to reimagine their digital experiences - creating more personalized, accessible journeys for patients. Working with Horizontal Digital, BS&W redesigned and relaunched their flagship digital experience, improving access to critical healthcare resources including the all-important “find a provider” capability. The partnership evolved from a project approach to a product-led model, enabling continuous optimization, improved digital operations, and new opportunities for personalization. This gave BS&W a foundation for ongoing digital experience improvement, with the ability to test, measure, and continually enhance the patient journey.
