Employers are turning their attention to mental health in the workplace, with the number of 16 to 34-year-olds out of work due to a mental health condition having increased by over a quarter in the last year alone. Whilst not all mental health conditions are associated with neurodivergence, typically there is a higher occurrence of mental health challenges amongst neurodivergent people. So, could some achieve more in the workplace if better supported by their employers?
