London has appealed to the career ambitions of movers and shakers across the UK for years. In fact, a third of new graduates move to the capital after finishing their studies, in a historical trend known as the ‘brain drain’.
However, our latest research from 2,000 UK workers, undertaken in June 2020, shows that 27% of Londoners now want to move out of London earlier than they originally planned, as a direct result of Covid-19. Where does this leave businesses?
