PACE Framework for Modernization Without Fragmentation

Enterprises face a structural tension: modernization must happen, but the underlying IT architecture mustn’t fracture under the weight of transformation. Modernization has always been episodic, driven by urgency. Organizations prioritize where urgency is highest, rolling out change incrementally out of operational and financial necessity, often resulting in fragmented architectures, growing operational overhead, and unpredictable spend.
