The 2026 ProcureCon CPO Study finds that 43% of organizations plan to prioritize integrated, cloud-based procurement platforms, while 39% view automated sourcing and supplier risk management as critical investments in the year ahead. However, only 11% say they are fully ready to leverage AI. Most organizations are still in pilot mode. Data quality, integration gaps, and governance concerns continue to slow progress.
