The majority of the organisations surveyed (87.2%) agreed that they would move their IT to the cloud if the perfect solution existed

The future is bright. But, here in 2020, the dramatic changes that are required to embrace innovation- that will fundamentally transform the way public services are delivered- seem daunting. Take cloud as an example, in 2013 the government shifted to a ‘Cloud First’ strategy - in contrast with traditional environments the cloud provides the scalability, resilience and functionality that enables organisations to become more agile. So far adoption has been patchy.
